Any reg will do. I tend to favour a simple piston design first stage.
Second stage is not required and should be replaced by a PRV just in case
of creeping interstage pressure. 

Piston regs will deliver gas at a greater capacity than the suit
inflation.They are cheap to get hold of, very simple to service and are
reasonably compact.

Old Aquarius valve (USD) are easily adjusted via the screw end. Scuba-pro
Mk II can be adjusted with shims and differing spring pressures but not
really required to alter if you have a good SI valve on the suit.
