Robin,
I have a Spiro Arctic which I use on my pony bottle. Hence I
havn't used it a great deal but I find it very easy to breath off. I
can't say that I have tried it over 40m but it's certainly fine at 35m.
It also has one of those orthodontic mouth pieces which I find more
comfortable.
